Eastern Europe Roadtrip

I am due to pick up a Motorhome in Italy on the 14th April and spend one month driving it back to the UK - arriving 14th May. The route is planned to travel through Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Czechia, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and France (Calais) before crossing the channel back to the UK. Plenty of time on-route to park up (we're travelling in a motorhome) and see the sights of Venice, Zagreb, Bratislava and Berlin to name a few. There are several spare days in the schedule should we arrive somewhere and want to stay longer. Apart from one day of a 6hr drive, all other days are between 1hr and 2hr45mins.
